Unthwarted

Hey there people with a purpose!  God's given each of us a specific purpose and only you can fulfill that purpose as one-of-a-kind-God-created-you can!  I've had so many thoughts and feelings going on in these current times, as we all have, but I'm encouraging myself and all of you to put God first!  The stability of unstable times is God alone and His Word is the key to drawing closer to Him - close to the One Who has ALL the answers and peace.  

My heart is joyous with the fact that God is unthwarted by evil.  I repeat, God is UNTHWARTED by evil.  Wow.  wow.  wow.  I mean, just let that fact soak in for a minute.  There's a lot of things going on right now in the world that Satan is meaning for evil and it can be overwhelming to my heart, yet my God is not overwhelmed by it.  May that fact overwhelm my heart FOR GOOD and FOR PEACE that passes understanding - God's Kingdom peace reigning in my soul!

What satan means for evil, God turns to good!  Nothing is unrecyclable for good with God!
Satan is a master dealer.
He is a dealer of fear.
He is a dealer of unrest and animosity.
He is a dealer of confusion and anger.
He is a dealer of condemnation.
He is a dealer of disunity and wrong thinking.
He is a dealer of hopelessness and emptiness.
He's out on the streets and even in homes dealing away.  To some he comes as he is (darkness) knowing they won't mind him, but to others he comes disguised (as light) in hopes to deceive them.
So many, Christians and non-Christians are giving in to his "sales" tactics and out of a multitude of reasons, despair, spite to God, fear, selfishness, desire etc. they buy what he's selling.  They convince themselves it is good for them and even if it “isn’t”, it won't affect anyone but themselves. They couldn't be more wrong.  The side effects are catastrophic. (We're talking waaaaay worse than any virus.)   This is the reality of satan's vendetta against all mankind made in God's image, and God Himself.  He seeks to deceive and destroy.

Although, that previous paragraph is a bummer to read - I say it to remind us of the enemy's tactics.  Don't give in to any of the above mentioned.  Satan's sources are everywhere, so be cautious and wise in what you read, listen to, take in and believe!  Also, don't be overwhelmed!  Let's go back to the beginning of this post - God is not thwarted by evil!!!!!!!  I repeat, God is not thwarted by evil!  And as a daughter of the King of Kings (becoming His child is as easy as knowing you're a sinner and believing that Jesus is your only Savior and giving your life to Him!) as His very own, I choose to be unthwarted by evil as well!  I can't do that in and of myself, but through His Holy Spirit, I know I can! The Holy Spirit equips us with what we need to stand against evil and help truth prevail!  So many are declaring what is right and wrong in their own eyes, but may we live by what we know is right in God's eyes! God doesn’t “deal” in deceit or destruction.  He gives abundantly courage, rest, peace, sound mindedness, love, forgiveness, freedom, unity, righteous thinking, hope, fullness etc. etc. etc. !!!!!! Accept those free gifts. He gives as He is - the Giver of Life and Light!!!!

"O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together.  
I sought the Lord, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.
They looked unto Him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.
This poor man cried, and the Lord hear him, and saved him out of all his troubles.
The angel of the Lord encampeth round about them that fear him, and delivereth them.  
O taste and see that the Lord is good: blessed is the man that trusteth in Him.  
O fear the Lord, ye His saints: for there is no want (lack) to them that fear him."
Psalm 34:3-9

“For we are saved by hope: but hope that is seen is not hope: for what a man seeth, why doth he yet hope for?

But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it.

Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” -Romans 8:24-28

"The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the Lord shall be safe." - Prov.29:25

"And ye are complete in Him, which is the head of all principality and power!" - Colossians 2:10

 ”He stretcheth out the north over the empty place, and hangeth the earth upon nothing.

He bindeth up the waters in his thick clouds; and the cloud is not rent under them.

He holdeth back the face of his throne, and spreadeth his cloud upon it.

He hath compassed the waters with bounds, until the day and night come to an end.

The pillars of heaven tremble and are astonished at his reproof.

He divideth the sea with his power, and by his understanding he smiteth through the proud.

Remind yourself of Who God is and His infinite power!  Don't let satan deceive you!  Stay in God's Word, close to His heart!  Live in the true fact that God is not thwarted by evil and you don't have to be too!
