The Epitome of Life

Hope you are having a great week!

Today's post is a rather short one due to the fact that in a few hours I fly cross country. :)  I wanted to share with you a sweet reminder that God whispered to my heart this week.  The reminder is simple in the most incredibly deep way! (Lol - does that make sense?  Well, I guess it will - when I tell you what it is! lol!)

The epitome of life is

 to know God and Jesus Christ!

To know God and Jesus Christ is such an incredible adventure!  

It's what we were created for!  It's what our spirit longs for and the only thing that can satisfy our soul.  It's where we find who we truly are!  To know God and Jesus Christ is to seek Him, honor Him, love and obey Him!  Getting to know Who He is - is an endless pursuit of amazingness! (because He's endlessly amazing!)

The epitome of life is not found in the perfect job/career, money-in-the-bank, in getting married, being popular, going viral, being the best parent, having the coolest personality, or in owning the fanciest of electronics.  Nope.  The epitome of life is when your life seeks to know the fullness of the Almighty God and His perfect Son/Savior of the world - Jesus Christ!

That's the end of the beginning of the greatest version of your life lived - for eternity!

Yes.  ETERNITY!
