Reality

"Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth,

Hey Everyone! :)  I hope that you've been having a great week!

Living in the REALITY of GOD'S POWER and HIS KINGDOM is one of my heart's greatest passions!  It's so easy to walk through this life, even as a child of the Most High King, and miss out on seeing the reality of God's Kingdom - being now!  

{"From that time Jesus began to preach, and to say, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand." - Matthew 4:17}

{"That ye would walk worthy of God, Who hath called you unto His kingdom and glory!"        ~I Thessalonians 2:12} 

Having a Kingdom mindset and heart-set is not just living for the "tangible" moment, but always being aware of the eternal!  God has so INCREDIBLY and miraculously designed every detail of life to be redeemable for eternity!  He designed us with a choice to either reject Him or to choose to believe on Him for salvation from our sins.  The reward, of just that humble belief, is redemption from the penalty of eternal death and the gift of our spirit being sealed with eternal life! (That's what I call a gift of love!!!!!)  AND - He designed it, so that when we accept Him, as our very own, He gives us the AMAZING opportunity for us to claim eternal reward, NOW, through every detail of our life that is lived in obedience and love!

I came across some quotes, today,  that I had written in a journal awhile back by A.W. Tozer and wanted

share them with you!  Tozer talks about the Kingdom of God and reading it just makes me want to shout "OH YEAH!!!!" in agreement! ;)

"A spiritual kingdom lies all about us, enclosing us, embracing us, altogether within reach of our inner selves, waiting for us to recognize it.  God Himself is here waiting our response to His Presence.  This eternal world will come alive to us the moment we begin to reckon upon it's reality...

...What do I mean by reality?  I mean that which has existence apart from any idea any mind may have of it, and which would exist if there were no mind anywhere to entertain a thought of it."

"...God is real.  He is real in the absolute and final sense that nothing else is.  All other reality is contingent upon His!"

"May we not safely conclude that as the realities of Mt. Sinai were apprehended by the senses, so the realities of Mt. Zion are to be grasped by the soul?  And this not by any trick of the imagination, but in downright actuality.  The soul has eyes with which to see and ears with which to hear.

Feeble they may be from long disuse, but by the life-giving touch of Christ, alive now and capable of sharpest sight and most sensitive hearing."

May we live in the REALITY of Who God is, who were are in Him and that His Kingdom is now and we are a part of it!!!  May we fix our eyes, ears, minds, and hearts on the eternal and live in obedience and love, so that our life details will bring glory to God and be redeemable for eternity!
