Reflecting on my Creator

"Have you not known? Have you not heard?
The Lord is the everlasting God,
the Creator of the ends of the earth.

Hey there Everyone!
Welcome to the next week of the rest of your life! lol!  I'd say that's a good cause to celebrate right?!  I'm all about celebrating! :O)

This past weekend I got to see alot of the creativity of my Creator!  I visited Niagara Falls with some good friends of mine!  God's fingerprints are just EVERYWHERE!!!!  I'm so grateful for eyes to see and ears to hear and hands to reach out and touch what amazing things He has designed!  While in Canada, we visited a butterfly conservatory and I had such a blast!!!!  The picture above is MY hand getting to hold that beautiful creature of my God and King!  I was pretty much stoked at that moment! lol!  That butterfly is called a Blue Morpho - isn't it an esquisite blue?  In the awesomeness of God's design - that butterfly's vivid, iridescent blue coloring is a result of the microscopic scales on the backs of it's wings, which reflect light!  This detail just makes me smile at my majestic Creator's detailed design and is such a reminder to be as that vivid butterfly and reflect my Savior's light!

Don't you just love the handiwork of artists and woodworkers and such talented people?  If you have a favorite - can you imagine how crazy amazing it would be to own the entire, valuable work of that artist?  Shoobie doobie - that would be pretty spectacular!  But the spectacular-ness of that thought is soooo tiny compared to the absolute truth that ALL of creation is the most spectacular living display of handiwork of the ARTIST of all time - of all ages - our Great and Mighty Jehovah!  He has given us authority over His work and through it has given us a living masterpiece of His glory for us to see, hear, and feel, in order to know more and more of WHO HE IS!!!!!!!!! 

"And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth!" ~Gen. 1:26

Creation is a work of God's glory that is constant proof of His lovingkindness, His amazing sense of fun, His justice, His miraculousness, His ever so perfect care, His unmatched concern, and His passion for details!   

"The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork!"  ~Ps. 19:1

I'm so grateful for life, God's handiwork and for life in Christ, God's eternal gift!  May you behold the incredible Creation of your Heavenly Father this week in ways you've never seen before and may you be drawn to glorify Him as your heart never has before!!!
